can be influenced by local phenomena (like urban "heat islands") that the model cannot detect.
Altitude Forecasts (atmospheric temperatures): these are more reliable because as altitude increases,
local effects diminish. Accuracy progressively increases at 925 hPa (~800 m), 850 hPa (~1400 m), and 500 hPa (~5,500 m).
